Northern Veterinary Clinic: Update on COVID-19
June 1, 2021
As the COVID-19 Pandemic continues and evolves, the team at Northern Veterinary Clinic has implemented the following policies to take steps in keeping our patients, clients, and staff as healthy as possible. As mask mandates are being lifted we are still taking precautions to help with social distancing. These steps are subject to change.
To help assist you and your pet as quickly and efficiently as possible, you can request refills, appointments, and shop right from the homepage of our website!
In Clinic Appointments and Surgery Drop offs:
• Upon arriving in the parking lot, please call our office from your car to check-in. We would like to have an examination room ready for you and your pet to avoid people congregating in the lobby.
• We request only one person in the building for each appointment or drop off when possible.
• Your pet’s physical exam, laboratory work, and treatments will be performed away from you in the treatment area to help with social distancing.
• If you are exhibiting any clinical signs of sickness, if you have traveled in the last 14 days, or if you have been around someone with a positive or pending COVID test we ask that you reschedule your appointment, have someone else bring your pet for their appointment, or stay curb side.
Curbside appointments and mask use are also still available for those who feel more comfortable with this. Please just let us know!
Prescription Medication and Food Pick Ups:
When you arrive to pick up your prescription medication or food please call and we will get things ready for you to come in and pick up to minimize contact time.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and willingness to adjust to the current COVID precautions. Most importantly, we hope your families and pets remain healthy and safe. Please do not hesitate to call our team if you have questions or concerns. To speak with a member of our team, please call: (218) 444-5797.
